Dynafit bindings have a completely different fixation to any other binding. However most makes of ski touring boots are dynafit compatible. They are specifically designed for touring and as a result are very lightweight compared to other makes. If you are looking for the lightest possible setup then look no further, the Dynafit TLT Speed is what you need. The Dynafit TLT Vertical is still an extremely light setup compared to other bindings on the market but it has greater rigidity and is more durable than the Speed and comes with brakes included. Dynafit bindings are aimed at the more experienced skier, the release system is not as effective for sideways toe release and the bindings themselves are less suited to piste skiing.
