This site updates regularly with bargain skis and boots. They are either second hand or ex-demo but all seem to be in good condition. Its pot luck, sometimes they have nothing, other times five or six items.  Worth keeping an eye on though.

Soul X are a UK based company that specialises in Line skis. They have some great bargains and currently have a Winter 2009 Clearance Sale on.

Kit Raider is a UK based Sports Auction Website. They have all sorts from wet suits to kayaks but more importantly they have skis. Currently selling Movement Skis which are Swiss made and considered an excellent choice for Ski Touring.

Summits is a UK based mail order shop that has various makes of skis with good discounts. They also have a clearance page which is worth keeping an eye on.
